Dr Alexandra Peacock
Specialist Colorectal and General Surgeon

Dr Peacock is a specialist colorectal and general surgeon who is dedicated to providing compassionate, high-quality patient care.
She graduated from Western Sydney University with the University Medal in 2015, and completed general surgical training in South Western Sydney. She was awarded Fellowship of the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons (FRACS) in 2023.
Dr Peacock subsequently undertook dedicated colorectal fellowships through the Colorectal Surgical Society of Australia and New Zealand (CSSANZ) at Concord Hospital and Royal Prince Alfred Hospitals, where she developed expertise in both minimally invasive and complex open colorectal surgery.
Dr Peacock treats the spectrum of colorectal conditions, however has particular interest in advanced pelvic cancers and complex endometriosis. She offers open, laparoscopic, robotic and trans-anal minimally invasive surgical approaches, as well as advanced colonoscopy, tailoring treatment to each patient’s individual needs.
Alongside clinical work, Dr Peacock is committed to surgical education and research. She actively contributes to teaching and mentorship of medical students and surgical trainees.
